RETAIL MANAGER

We are now looking for an operating full-time Retail Manager that is responsible for leading the retail business in all aspects, from sales to administration and the brand building functions. The Retail Manager will be responsible for our direct-to-consumer retail business, working with all aspects of the retail: sales, customer handling, staff, display, administration and stock takings.

You will be responsible for our store at NK Stockholm and work on a daily basis on the shop floors. 

Our retail business have an important part of our company and growth, therefore we are looking for a Retail Manager that can work independently and immediately take the business to a high level.

The Retail Manager reports to the CEO.

– Organizing the daily work in the stores and managing the team of Store Managers

– Today we have one store at Sturegatan 6 in central Stockholm, one store at NK Stockholm and more stores planned

– Assuring that all stores meet sales requirements and provide excellent customer service

– Recruiting suitable store staff and planning the work

– Assuring that all stores are presentable and have the appropriate stock of merchandise

– Analyzing sales figures and other key performance indicators to take action when required

– Administrative duties such as reporting and communicating

– Have a close dialogue with Maria Nilsdotter and management team

– Work proactively to develop relationships with all employees in the area

– Further develop Maria Nilsdotter´s position in the area

– Follow up sales and ensure excellent customer satisfaction at all times

QUALIFICATIONS

As an Retail Manager we expect you to be an effective communicator and listener – you respect your team and coworkers be open minded in all aspects. We expect you to communicate performance requirements to all staff. This, in order to make sure each person knows what is expected from her/him while at the same time you are encouraging and boosting the self-confidence of your staff. You shall never be completely satisfied – you shall always want more and have a high working moral. You can delegate responsibility and can see yourself as part of a team. To be organized and detail oriented is very important – you have a sense for details, organized in regards to shop routines and neat in regards to the merchandise. As a manger you control the tempo, attitude and the feeling of the team. You set an example for others.

Required qualifications:

– Solid management background with at least 3 years of store managing experience for a high end brand

– Proven results of increasing retail sales

– Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills

– Efficient with a can-do and hands-on attitude

– Organized, structured and service minded

– Highly motivated, performance oriented, self-initiative, team-player and co-operative to general activity

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

– Have strong communicative skills in written and spoken English

E-COMMERCE MANAGER

Maria Nilsdotter is working towards becoming a next-gen, fully digitalized organization, developing new and innovative ways to communicate with customers as well as conduct operations.

In connection to this, Maria Nilsdotter is looking for an operating full-time E-commerce Manager that is responsible for leading the Maria Nilsdotter e-commerce business in all aspects, from sales to administration and the brand building functions. The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for Maria Nilsdotter direct-to-consumer online business, working with all aspects of the e-commerce: commercial, logistical, technical and customer success. You will work in close collaboration with PR/Design and logistics teams and report to Maria Nilsdotter CEO.

Our e-commerce business have an important part of our company and growth, therefore we are looking for a E-commerce Manager that can work independently and immediately take the business to a high level.

– Set and implement E-commerce strategy

– Be responsible for Maria Nilsdotter e-commerce and website

– Be responsible for the operations of our e-commerce, customer service and logistics

– Work with analytics and marketing to increase sales and ensure excellent client satisfaction at all times

– Work on continuously improving and innovating the Maria Nilsdotter e-commerce experience

– Work closely with Maria Nilsdotter’ online partners and support them throughout the season

– Have a close dialogue with Maria Nilsdotter and management team

– The position will be based in Stockholm

QUALIFICATIONS

– Have experience working with e-commerce and/or digital marketing

– Proven results of increasing online sales

– Have knowledge of e-commerce systems and platforms

– Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills

– Have experience working with digital analysis and marketing tools

– Have strong communicative skills in written and spoken English

– Efficient with a can-do and hands-on attitude

– Organized, structured and service minded

– Be comfortable in a fast pace environment and working both individually and in teams

– Highly motivated, performance oriented, self-initiative, team-player and co-operative to general activity

Jobbeskrivning

Förutom den dagliga servicen och säljarbetet ingår det även att öppna och stänga butiken, smyckesvård, inventeringar, kassaarbete osv.

Du ska vara delaktig i att se till att butiken är presentabel och städad samt att smyckena presenteras på ett önskvärt sätt. Du är en självklar del i teamet och hjälper gärna till där det behövs.

Arbeta framförallt helger men även vissa veckodagar.
