All orders are processed and sent from our Maria Nilsdotter Flagship store at Sturegatan 6, 114 35 Stockholm, Sweden and shipped by DHL or Budbee within Sweden. Orders outside Sweden shipped by FedEx.
A return note is included in each shipment.

– Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland: 1-3 business days,
– Europe & Worldwide: 2-10 business days.
Evening delivery Monday to Friday to most addresses in the Stockholm, Malmö and Gothenburg area. Your order will be delivered to your door in the evening between 5 p.m-10 p.m. Budbee offers the possibility to track the delivery in real time to get a more exact delivery window. You can rate the delivery and also get in touch with the driver directly regarding your parcel. More information available here: www.budbee.com
Your order will be delivered to your local delivery point. A delivery notification will be sent via text message or email when your package is ready to be collected.
Delivery and Duty Paid
Deliveries to all countries are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that VAT is included in the price. Deliveries outside the EU (e.g. Norway, USA) are also shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis.
VAT & TAXES
VAT and taxes are always included in the price and applies all countries.
We accept payment by most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard, Maestro, American Express and Diners Club. We follow Swedish law and on completing a purchase your credit card will be authorized for the full amount of the order. To make your purchase as safe as possible, your credit card information is sent via a secure connection and your card details cannot be read by outsiders. In the case of a return the purchase amount will be transferred back to your credit card. You must always enter your credit card details for each visit with us as we do not save this type of information.
When we receive your order we will send you an order confirmation via email. The confirmation is sent within 24 hours, if you have not received it within that period send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
We have included measurements of most of our products under “Size Guide” to help you find the right size. If you wish to change size please contact us at email@example.com. We do not accept any returns or exchanges for order that’s made to order or customized.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS & FAULTS
We comply with Swedish consumer legislation which means that you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you received the product. We will reimburse the total purchase amount. The goods must be returned in perfect condition, unused and undamaged. All labels must remain attached to the product. We do not accept any returns or exchanges for order that’s made to order or customized. If you have any concerns, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you wish to exchange an item this can be done within the 14 day period from delivery. Please contact us so that we can guarantee that the product is in stock. Products are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. This does not include damage from normal use over time. If you believe you have received faulty goods you must contact us with documentation before sending the product so that we can approve the complaint. If the complaint is approved, we are to send you a similar non-faulty product once we have received the faulty product and the cost of return shipping will be reimbursed to you on presentation of proof of postage. If the faulty product returned is not in stock, you will be reimbursed the full purchase amount. Items lost or damaged in return transit will not be compensated for. Note that for customers outside the EU, VAT and other import expenses are not covered.
Maria Nilsdotter shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity, telephone or internet services.
In asserting Force Majeure as an excuse, Maria Nilsdotter shall have the burden of proving that reasonable steps were taken (under the circumstances) to minimize delay or damages caused by foreseeable events, that all non-excused obligations were substantially fulfilled, and that the other Party was timely notified of the likelihood or actual occurrence which would justify such an assertion, so that other prudent precautions could be contemplated.
