Maria Nilsdotter is looking for a Store Manager for our store at NK Gothenburg. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for securing a best in class customer experience for each customer, leading your team by example, securing sales target and profitability, as well as seamless store operations. You will report to the Retail Manager. Maria Nilsdotter is in an expansive phase and we gladly see that you have ambition to grow within the company.

Desired Profile

• Passionate about the Maria Nilsdotter brand, driving sales and creating results

• A solid background in high-end retail, in-store management and leading a team

• Excellent communication skills and can easily adapt to different audiences and situations

• Ability to take own initiatives and work independently

• Lead your team by example, clearly communicating your expectations and company targets

• Structured and well-organized, and have an excellent understanding of analyzing KPIs to drive business results

• Enjoy working in a fast moving and dynamic environment and adapt to different customers and situations

Responsibility

• Actively work to secure sales targets

• Ensure that all employees deliver best in class customer experience in every customer interaction

• Plan, lead and manage the daily in-store operations

• Recruit, train and motivate your team

• Analyze sales and key figures and take appropriate measures

• Develop and strengthen Maria Nilsdotter's brand and position in the market

• Ensure that products are presented in accordance with company guidelines

• Ensure that stock levels and operating standards are regularly reviewed and maintained

Qualifications

• You are highly flexible and you can work evenings, weekends and with short notice.

• Experience from training and developing staff in sales and service
