As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in delivering a best-in-class customer experience for every client. You will play a key role in leading the team by example, driving sales performance, and ensuring smooth daily store operations. You will report to the Store Manager and work closely with the Retail Manager. Maria Nilsdotter is in an expansive phase, and we are happy to see that you have the ambition to grow within the company.

Desired Profile

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and profitability

  • Ensure all team members deliver a best-in-class customer experience

  • Actively work with the company’s clienteling program and support KPI achievement

  • Assist in planning and managing daily store operations

  • Support in training, motivating, and developing the team

  • Analyze sales and key figures together with the Store Manager and take action when needed

  • Contribute to strengthening the Maria Nilsdotter brand and market presence

  • Ensure visual merchandising and product presentation follow company guidelines

  • Support stock management and maintain operational standards

Qualifications

  • Flexible and able to work evenings, weekends, and on short notice

  • Experience in sales and service, with exposure to coaching or supporting team development

Maria Nilsdotter is now looking for an On-Call employment sales advisor for our three stores in Stockholm. As a sales advisor, you are an important ambassador for Maria Nilsdotter and we expect you to provide a unique and personalized customer experience. We believe that you are a person who connects with people easily and that customer contact comes natural to you. You are responsive and give all customers the same attention and service. Your main responsibility is to ensure best in class customer service and daily work with Maria Nilsdotter clienteling program and your own customer base.In addition to the daily service and sales work, this position includes opening and closing the shop, jewellery care, inventories, cashier work, etc. You are responsible for ensuring that the store is presentable and tidy and that the jewellery is presented in a desirable way. You are an important part of the team and help the store manager with the daily work.
