Maria Nilsdotter is now looking for a senior sales advisor for our temporary store at NK Stockholm. We are looking for a flexible sales adviser who can work 30 hours divided over five days per week. In this position you will have an additional responsibility and be in charge of the schedule. As a senior sales advisor with extra responsibility for this store you work closely together with the other store managers and you report to the retail manager. Your main responsibility is to ensure excellent customer satisfaction in all different stages of the customer journey. You will daily work with Maria Nilsdotter crm-program and you are responsible for hosting store events.

We believe that you are a person who has a background in luxury sales, preferably experience with high jewellery. You are a person who connects with people easily and customer contact comes natural to you. You are responsive and give all customers the same attention and service. In addition to the daily service and sales work, this position includes opening and closing the shop, jewellery care, inventories, cashier work, etc. You are responsible for ensuring that the store is presentable and tidy and that the jewellery is presented in a desirable way.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction at the highest level

  • Actively work to exceed the customers expectations in all situations

  • Constantly striving to be up to date on product knowledge, sales techniques, company policy and other procedures.

  • Perform inventory control

  • Ensure that the store receives all correct & necessary information communicated by the retail manager

  • Host store events

Qualifications:

  • You have a background in luxury sales with a minimum work experience of three years.
