E-commerce Intern

Maria Nilsdotter is now seeking an e-commerce intern to join the sales team. Working closely with the e-commerce team, you’ll help manage the online store, support online growth initiatives, and handle day-to-day operations of the e-commerce team.
Your Role
Support the product enrichment process, ensuring new collections are prepared ahead of launch dates.
Support the launch of campaigns by managing their setup on the site and ensuring they go live smoothly in line with our marketing calendar.
Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns.
Assist in the running of the website, making sure the site is up to date with correct content and products.
Provide essential support to the E‑commerce Manager across various projects—from operations to optimization—to help drive online performance.
Support the team during photoshoots and post-production management.
Support the order and customer care management.
You Are
Studying E‑commerce Management, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Ambitious and eager to take on challenges of all sizes—from everyday tasks to complex projects.
Curious, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Basic Photoshop proficiency is a welcome advantage.
Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms (e.g., Centra) is a valuable bonus, though not required.

We’re looking for a creative and driven Graphic Design Intern to support our visual storytelling across channels. This is an opportunity to be part of a small, ambitious team and help shape the visual language of a growing Scandinavian jewellery brand with a global audience.
Your Role
Assist in creating visually compelling content for our digital platforms—social media, newsletters, website, and campaigns.
Support the marketing team with layout, image editing, and visual planning.
Help ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints, while contributing your own creative perspective.
You Are
Studying Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Canva or similar tools is a bonus.

Maria Nilsdotter is now looking for a part time sales advisor for our store at NK Gothenburg. As a sales advisor, you are an important ambassador for Maria Nilsdotter and we expect you to provide a unique and personalized customer experience. We believe that you are a person who connects with people easily and that customer contact comes natural to you. You are responsive and give all customers the same attention and service. Your main responsibility is to ensure best in class customer service and daily work with Maria Nilsdotter clienteling program and your own customer base.
In addition to the daily service and sales work, this position includes opening and closing the shop, jewellery care, inventories, cashier work, etc. You are responsible for ensuring that the store is presentable and tidy and that the jewellery is presented in a desirable way. You are an important part of the team and help the store manager with the daily work.
