We offer home delivery or service point delivery with PostNord within Sweden, Denmark and Finland. If you choose home delivery, you will receive a notification when your order is shipped via email, SMS or the PostNord App where you can choose the delivery day and time. If you choose shipping to your local service point, you will receive a delivery notification via email, SMS or the PostNord App when your package is ready to be collected.

We offer home and box delivery with Budbee to most large cities in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and the Netherlands. When choosing home delivery you will receive a link via email or text message where you can choose the time for delivery.

We offer shipping with UPS for international orders. Your order will be delivered to your home address. A delivery notification will be sent via text message or email when your package is on its way to you.

Your order will be ready to pick up in our Flagship store at Mäster Samuelsgatan 3 in Stockholm. Choose the shipping method "Pickup in Flagship Store" in checkout.

Orders placed Monday-Friday (excl. holidays) before 5 PM CET will be ready for pick up within 2 hours. Orders placed after 5 PM CET or on weekends will be ready within 1 business day.

You will receive a notification via email when your order is ready for pick up. When picking up your package in our flagship store, please bring your ID. If you are picking up a package for someone else, please bring your ID and the person who has ordered the package's ID.

Founded in Stockholm in 2007 by Maria Nilsdotter; the designer offers modern heirlooms in precious materials, aspiring to tell stories through each piece she creates. With a rare approach to design and jewellery making, Nilsdotter’s work evokes an enduring beauty with the ability to transcend generations and trends. Her pieces express a universe inspired by the often-melancholic Nordic natural landscape and folklore mythology, filled with wondrous creatures, gothic undertones and fantastical storytelling.

Our jewellery is brought to life through expertise and traditional craftsmanship. The collection encapsulate exceptionally sculpted rings, earrings, bracelets, and necklaces — made in precious materials; 925 sterling silver and 18k gold, adorned with pearls, diamonds and gemstones.

All orders placed from November 15, 2024, onwards have an extended return policy until January 7, 2025.

If you for any reason would like to return your jewellery, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your package. Simply select your return reason from the Return Form included in your parcel and include it with your returned item.

If you would like to exchange one item for another, please return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy.

As your chosen carrier, PostNord has included a return label with your order. Simply place this on the package including your jewellery and leave it at your nearest PostNord service point. Please contact us to get a new return label if you do not have one.

As your chosen carrier, Budbee has sent you a text message with a link where you can request a pick-up from Budbee.

As your chosen carrier, UPS has included a return label with your order. Simply place this on the package including your jewellery and request a pick-up from UPS.

You are welcome to come by our store at Mäster Samuelsgatan 3 to return your order. If you want to ship the order back to us please get in contact with our customer care and we will send you a return label and instruction how to proceed.

Products are classified as faulty if they are damaged at the time of receipt or where a manufacturing fault occurs or becomes apparent within 6 months of purchase. This policy does not include damage caused by normal use over time. If you believe you have received a faulty product please contact us as soon as possible with documentation of the damage and/or fault, before sending the piece, so that the damage can be assessed.

If the complaint is approved, we will send you a similar non-faulty product upon receipt of the faulty product and the cost of return shipping will be reimbursed to you on presentation of proof of postage.

If the faulty product you returned is not in stock, you will be reimbursed the full purchase amount.

Items lost or damaged in return transit will not be compensated for.

Note that for customers outside the EU, VAT and other import expenses are not covered by Maria Nilsdotter.
