Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and creative Brand & Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, demonstrating excellence in project management and content production. As a Brand & Marketing Manager at Maria Nilsdotter, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies, enhancing our brand presence, and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand goals.

  • Oversee content production, including the creation of engaging and visually appealing content for various platforms.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive activation strategies to promote Maria Nilsdotter's brand and products.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation. You will be responsible for ensuring qualitative and engaging visual and written representation of our brand in all channels.

  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI.

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Foster strong relationships with media, influencers and other external partners to amplify brand reach.


  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing and or brand focused role. Preferably within the jewellery, fashion, beauty or luxury goods industry. Or, as a consultant for brands at a creative agency.

  • Academic degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of successful project management and content production.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovative marketing initiatives.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, foremost social media.

  • Passion for storytelling and a deep appreciation for art, design, and craftsmanship.

Maria Nilsdotter is now looking for a senior sales advisor for our temporary store at NK Stockholm. We are looking for a flexible sales adviser who can work 30 hours divided over five days per week. In this position you will have an additional responsibility and be in charge of the schedule. As a senior sales advisor with extra responsibility for this store you work closely together with the other store managers and you report to the retail manager. Your main responsibility is to ensure excellent customer satisfaction in all different stages of the customer journey. You will daily work with Maria Nilsdotter crm-program and you are responsible for hosting store events.

We believe that you are a person who has a background in luxury sales, preferably experience with high jewellery. You are a person who connects with people easily and customer contact comes natural to you. You are responsive and give all customers the same attention and service. In addition to the daily service and sales work, this position includes opening and closing the shop, jewellery care, inventories, cashier work, etc. You are responsible for ensuring that the store is presentable and tidy and that the jewellery is presented in a desirable way.

  • You have a background in luxury sales with a minimum work experience of three years.
