Maria Nilsdotter is a Swedish jewellery designer living and working in Stockholm. We own and operate three stores in Stockholm and Gothenburg. We are always interested in meeting new talents. Maria Nilsdotter is currently seeking a Senior Sales Advisor for our flagship store at Mäster Samuelsgatan. We are in search of a flexible sales advisor who can work 30 hours divided over five days per week. As a Senior Sales Advisor, you will closely collaborate with the store manager to ensure the entire team provides a unique and personalized customer experience. One of your main responsibilities is to plan, prepare, execute, and follow up on all in-store appointments. You will work daily with the Maria Nilsdotter CRM program and be responsible for hosting store events in collaboration with the store manager. We believe that you are an individual with a background in luxury sales, preferably with experience in high jewelry. You easily connect with people, and customer interaction comes naturally to you. You are responsive, providing all customers with the same attention and service. In addition to daily service and sales work, this position includes opening and closing the shop, jewelry care, inventories, cashier work, etc. You are responsible for ensuring that the store is presentable and tidy, with jewelry presented in a desirable way.   • Constantly strive to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, sales techniques, company policy, and other procedures

Qualifications:

  • Background in luxury sales with a minimum of three years of work experience.

Maria Nilsdotter is now looking for a part time sales advisor for our temporary store at NK Stockholm. We are looking for a flexible sales advisor who can work 25 hours a week. As a sales advisor, you are an important ambassador for Maria Nilsdotter and we expect you to provide a unique and personalized customer experience. We believe that you are a person who connects with people easily and that customer contact comes natural to you. You are responsive and give all customers the same attention and service. In addition to the daily service and sales work, this position includes opening and closing the shop, jewellery care, inventories, cashier work, etc. You are responsible for ensuring that the store is presentable and tidy and that the jewellery is presented in a desirable way. You are an important part of the team and help the store manager with the daily work.
