Job Description:

Are you a detail-oriented and reliable individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once? Maria Nilsdotter is looking for an enthusiastic Fulfilment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring seamless logistics, smooth deliveries, and an exceptional customer experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

As a Fulfilment Coordinator, you will be a key player in our logistics and order management operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Efficiently and accurately packing online orders and handling returns

  • Responsible for our Central Warehouse

  • Performing weekly restocking for our stores

  • Coordinating picking and deliveries for our retailers

  • Preparing customs documentation

  • Managing sorting and picking tasks at our central warehouse

  • During certain periods and when needed, support our customer service team by handling customer inquiries via phone and email

  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through professional communication and service

Desired Profile:

We are seeking someone who

  • Is at the start of their career and has some experience in service roles, order management, warehouse operations, or customer service.

  • Thrives in an organized, varied role and has a keen eye for detail.

  • Is quality-conscious and ensures tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

  • Is flexible, solution-oriented, and able to prioritize and juggle multiple responsibilities.

  • Is confident with computers and learns new systems quickly.

We’re looking for a creative and driven Graphic Design Intern to support our visual storytelling across channels. Your Role

  • Assist in creating visually compelling content for our digital platforms—social media, newsletters, website, and campaigns.

  • Support the marketing team with layout, image editing, and visual planning.

You Are

  • Studying Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Canva or similar tools is a bonus.

As a sales advisor, you are an important ambassador for Maria Nilsdotter and we expect you to provide a unique and personalized customer experience. We believe that you are a person who connects with people easily and that customer contact comes natural to you. You are responsive and give all customers the same attention and service. Your main responsibility is to ensure best in class customer service and daily work with Maria Nilsdotter clienteling program and your own customer base.

In addition to the daily service and sales work, this position includes opening and closing the shop, jewellery care, inventories, cashier work, etc. You are responsible for ensuring that the store is presentable and tidy and that the jewellery is presented in a desirable way. You are an important part of the team and help the store manager with the daily work.
